Pro Exteriors

I initially contacted Pro Exteriors regarding the repair of some vinyl siding. I spoke to Jenn Jester who was outstanding throughout the entire process, including scheduling, procuring materials and cost estimates.The repairs were actually completed the same day I called. The technician (Mike) was also great. I had recently found a few loose shingles and Mike confirmed that I was missing some shingles on the ridge but, unfortunately, he didn't have them on the truck so I needed to schedule another repair. Jenn initially thought it might be the following week before they could come back; however, Mike was back the next day and completed the job...which was very much appreciated since a tropical storm was heading our way. Overall, one of the best experiences I have ever had with a service repair company.

So happy with Pro Exteriors. Kept us up to date on when supplies would be in and when installation would start. Completed the entire job in one day. Came back a few weeks later to ensure we were satisfied. We were more than satisfied with their work.

I was blown away by this company.nThere was a tropical storm that did damage to my home in Delaware. Luckily, Pro Exterior was putting on a new roof two houses down from me. I got their card and called and they came to me within a day. They were wonderful at working with insurance as well as doing extra work that I wanted done as well. They went “beyond the call of duty” in my estimation. PLUS, when the work was done, they cleaned up everything after themselves as well. A wonderful, reliable and caring firm!

Without a doubt hands down the best experience we have ever had with a contractor. The professionalism caring for how the job was done and caring how we as the customers felt about the completed job was just beyond describing. We have never had such a positive interaction with any other contractors and we've been dealing with several over the last year.
