I’ve been to Pedalworks for a few things for the bike and the staff is always super helpful, super friendly, and the place just seems to have a great atmosphere. I’ve gone to the other bike shop in the area and was not even acknowledged by staff, much less had anyone attempt to help me. That kind of experience can be super off putting for a new rider, so it’s nice to not have to worry about it when trying to get stuff figured out.nnThese guys are doing it right and I hope they stay around for a long time. Keep up the great work!
Everything was done on line and via cell phone with Preston and Nate. They had the exact bike and accessories that I wanted; and were very friendly and helpful with my order. They shipped it to my home partially assembled; and made helpful suggestions to complete the process. I love the bike and their service! Nate even called to confirm that I had received the bike and to make sure that all was received in good shape. I would recommend them to anyone interested in starting a great business relationship!
Traded in our road bikes for hybrids and Nate did an excellent job of explaining the difference in cruiser type bikes, what they were good and not good for. No pressure at all to buy and gave us a great price for our trade ins, even though they were 10+ years old. We will definitely be back for all of our bike and accessory needs. Highly recommend taking your business here.
