The Bicycle Connection is hands down the best bike shop in Southern Delaware. Yes, the have a great selection of bikes and accessories and a friendly and helpful attitude but the true game changer is Mike in service. Mike is far more than a guy who repairs bikes. All shops have one of those. Mike knows bikes period and is an outstanding mechanic. Always busy but never too busy to help. I have been riding for 40 years and Mike is hands down the best. Give him a try and you will never go anywhere else.

These guys are extremely helpful and always seem to have the answers I need.nn--I have to add to this review, a couple of weeks ago, some coworkers and I stopped in to pick up some bike accessories and long story short; one of them ended leaving with a brand new bike! It wasn't the sweet deal on the beautiful Trek Domane that sealed the deal...it was the customer service and the no pressure assistance. The guys are truly want to grow the cycling community more than anything else. My next bike will definitely be coming from here!

Great customer service. I went on Saturday afternoon and the shop was closed but one of the workers opened the door and fixed my bike. My tire was flat and had a huge hole in it and he fixed it for FREE. Great service I would high recommend this place and they were very nice.

Randy and Chris were fantastic, accommodating and Chris quickly repaired my Saris bike rack! Please consider patronizing this store if you have bike needs at the beach! You won’t be disappointed.
