Great customer service! Mike had everything I needed for me when I got there! We had called and text on Tuesday and I got my bike yesterday. More than helpful and knowledgeable about everything Bike! His staff were more thank welcoming. Thank you so much for such special attention to my bike needs and recommendations. I hope to enjoy it for many years to come. Thank you for all your help especially during this time in the World. This will help me get through social distancing even better!

Cycle Mania is a great little bike shop! The owners and staff are very knowledgeable and passionate about all things cycling. They will make sure you get what you need to have the best time riding and won’t sell you anything that you don’t need or that they wouldn’t use themselves.

Mike was very helpful in helping me to pick out the perfect bike, and after it’s arrival spent quite a bit of time with me fitting it and showing me all of the various features of the bike. He reassured me that if I need fitting adjustments after doing my usual mountain bike rides, he would work with me to hone in the fit. It’s not yet the season to be riding in our forests, so riding around the neighborhood, it was hard to tell if I felt comfortable with the fit. However I recently had the opportunity to take a desert ride, and the bike felt wonderful! I know that climbing the off road hills may feel different, but am confident that Mike will help me with any issues I may come across.I feel very comfortable recommending Mike and Cycle Mania.

Cycle Mania has friendly staff, both knowledgeable and helpful! I’ve been an athlete most of my adult life, and plan to remain active well into my latter years. The gentle assist I get on my e-bike will enable me to extend my activity while still ensuring I get a good workout.Some bike shops seem snobby (especially re ebikes, for some odd reason), but I was treated with kindness and respect.

We had a great time and felt treated very fair. Good place to shop for a bike! Noah put his first scratches on his bike...and legs today after a extensive test drive!
