We were in a bind. Spent the weekend and both our bike chains popped. So we walked them over and they were so nice to come out and fix them immediately. Not only that, but showed us how to correct it for the future. We’re so thankful for such great and helpful service!

Want to give both Lewes Cycle Sports and Rehoboth Cycle Sports a shout out. Supporting local businesses is imperative at this time. We bought a couple of 18 speed Trex Verve 3 cruising bikes today. We want to thank Brian Kellman at the Lewes store and Nate and Katie Baker and Shane Swanger at the Rehoboth Beach store for all their help. Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. My wife and I bought e-bikes from Rehoboth Cycle Sports and while Trek had backorders, they were very accommodating. I had a small issue with my bike and they fixed it for me on my schedule. Since I live in NoVa, that was super helpful. Other services around town (or anywhere nowadays) don't give this level of service!! I highly recommend this retailer.
So glad we rented from them! The staff was friendly, professional, and informative; and they were super accommodating of our needs. The bikes were in great shape. They also gave us good dining advice, and the return process was quick and convenient.
