This location discriminates against people who cannot wear a face mask! Delaware law requires a face COVERING, not a mask. I wear a shield and was kicked out of the store. Most of the employees in the store are playing the role of 'mask police' as you walk in. I have no issues in the NJ store and they have no issues with my inability to wear a mask. I wonder if they treat other persons with disabilities like poop. That is how they made me feel. I won't be back. I intend to take this a step further and file a complaint.

Great customer service. Above and beyond. First time I was there to get a bike for my kid. They will advise you best options available.

My wife and I went in today with the expectation to spend a good amount of money on stuff for vacation. We use to love REI and are constant customers. We will not be any more however. We were stopped by the door greater today and he was very rude, condescending, and insulated that we were lying. We will be taking our business elsewhere to a more customer friendly business.

Always a great place to shop at. Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and super helpful. I took my brother there and they got him set up with a customized backpacking setup. From the rucksack, to the boots. Will always recommend REI.

I went to look for a.new pair of hiking shoes and was not disappointed. The employee who helped me was super friendly and very knowledgeable. He made some really good recommendations. He took into consideration where I usually hike and the weight of my pack and made suggestions on fit and type of shoe. I came out getting a different shoes than I planned but I think it is definitely for the better! That is what I love about REI. The staff is amazing and knows what they are talking about. Yes you pay a little more but I think it's worth it just based on experience. You also came become a co-op member which gives you 10% back on every purchase. I used my dividend from my last purchase this time around!
