Giant Christiana Bikes

I have been in the market for a new bike as I have a beautiful dinosaur, a 1989 Schwinn Le Tour, which I bought in 1989! Trouble is , it wreaks havoc on my neck and shoulders whenever I ride. I've done my due diligence on bikes and decided to check out Giant after one of my friends went into Christiana Bikes and told me about it. I visited the store Tuesday, 10/6/20 & returned Friday 10/9/20 to buy The Roam 3. The bike is awesome, but the customer service I received was impeccable. There isn't enough space to put everything about the customer service I received from the manager Chris.He even went as far as checking out my dinosaur and making sure the new bike would be the proper fit for me. All I can say is ,Chris is the man ! Thank you Chris for taking such time with me. I will recommend this bike and store to all of my clients. Absolutely fabulous buying experience with Chris at Giant Christiana Bikes this weekend. My wife and I scored sweet bikes that fit us perfectly. I very much appreciate his patience while I researched options. On top of it, I appreciate his help getting both our bikes to fit in our small(ish) car.nnI recommend this shop with absolutely no hesitation.
