Brandywine Bikes

The guys at the shop got me set up tonight with my first bike. Im a new rider and am so grateful for the way these guys just welcomed me into the family, answering a million questions, going over everything, and making me confident with the bike. So knowledgable and welcoming. I am so glad I went with this shop instead of ordering online. These guys know their stuff listened to my goals and recommended a great bike. No detail overlooked I got the royal treatment. Could not be happier with service or product.

This was my first bike purchase. I was excited to find exactly the bike I wanted that day. Since its my first purchase I do not know if my expectations are too high. Poor service after purchase. I have had the bike less than month , problem with tire and I have to figure it out on my own. They have no tubes, do not know when they will and seemed unconcerned about my issue. I have not even been able to enjoy my purchase.

I called up the store and spoke with Mike, he was amazing over the phone and very knowledgeable.nI highly recommend this bike shop!
