Henry's Bicycle Shop

Was looking for a specific Haro. I emailed them and they said they had it in stock. I went there 24 hours later and was greeted by a lovely young lady who helped me locate the bike in store. They had it in stock, she even let me take it for a ride to make sure I liked it. Purchased, done, easy! Great place would highly recommend.

Was interested in buying a bike and called to see if they had what i was looking for. The gentleman on the phone was really helpful and let me know they did have a few and even went out of his way to check on the price range for me. We drove there less than 15 minutes later and the guy who “greeted” us was so rude. He was helping another customer, which was totally fine, but when he asked us what we were looking for he just said “we don’t have that. Were out”. We told him we just called and spoke with someone who said they had a few, he just pointed and goes sure that one and that one (in a sea of bikes..) and walked off. Never again asked if he could help us find anything or if i wanted to try anything. It was so incredibly rude, as if he was the busiest person in the world (there were only 2 other customers there in the store). We will not be going back. Giving 2 stars because the gentleman on the phone was very friendly.

Have never had a bad experience with this shop. They have helped me with more than one of my bikes AND I've lucked out and never been in anywhere for quicker repairs. I've spent a total of 10 minutes maximum waiting before for problems I had no idea how to handle on my own. Amazing local shop

Stopped into Henrys on a Saturday morning flat tire issue. Total mayday. My bike wasn't on the rack for 3 minutes and the wheel was off and fixed in less than 5 more. Staff awesome. Service awesome. Will be back.

Called last minute about getting my frozen Gears looked at. All I was hoping for was to possibly diagnose the issue, but they did one better, after waiting my turn he threw my bike up on the rack quickly worked out the issue and sent me on my way. Professional, accommodating and friendly. Thank you! Return customer for sure!
