Friendly staff, but ridiculously expensive! A less than five minutes simple adjustment of a brakes cable=$20 charge (that's $240 an hour!!).

Excellent service! I needed a tire repaired and they took my bike in and had it ready three hours later for pick it. Reasonable and fair pricing! They just won over a new customer.

I do go here regularly and wheelie our front in the parking lot on my SE bike and the guys are very helpful and don’t mind. I’m younger and these guys are very helpful and very nice to anybody in the store. Highly recommended and if you are in the area, I do recommend going here
