Company that Cares for its Customers!!!nI just had 3 flat roofs replaced by Ted and his crew. I had seven different companies come out to my home in March to give me estimates. When I had Ted come out to look at my roofs, he actually gave me the estimate before he even left my home. I am still waiting 6 months later for estimates from 3 of the most well-known roofing companies, even after I called them multiple times asking for the estimate. Honestly, Ted did not appear that professional at first glance, but I am so glad that I chose him to do the work. I went with my gut- Don’t judge a book by its cover. He gave me the best price for the most thorough work- he offered to replace all plywood in his price, while other companies wanted to charge much more for each piece of wood that needed replacing. The roofing work turned out to be a monster of a job, with 10-12 layers of roofing material and severely rotted roof joists under a deck that was recently built by the previous owner to hide the severely sunken roof. His crew worked 12-14 hours, for 3 straight days to get this done quickly because I was having leaks all over the home interior. After the job was complete, there were some areas I wanted to be touched up or fixed to my high standards. Ted fixed the areas and exceeded my expectations and had a pleasant personality with me and his crew at all times. He even helped me determine where another leak was coming from a separate area in my home. I really like Ted and his crew and will highly recommend him with great confidence! I’m very pleased! Rock roofing, respond quick as well swift when I call for my roof repair. This, guy Rocks most company didnt take time with me or my concerns stated my roof too small of a job or price quotes are extremely high in cost. I, highly recommend this company to assist with replacement or repairs. Thank you! Again for making a difference....

Very satisfied with all aspects of Rock Roofing's work. Prompt response to all calls, punctual, professional in the true sense of the word, does as he says, meticulous after job clean up. Work was done on time and the quality and value were top notch. It is always great to find a craftsman who hits all the marks. Thank You!

Was unequivocally a no show for a scheduled appointment. I called a few minutes after my appointment to find out what happened & the phone conveniently went to voicemail. Called a few minutes later on another phone & got an answer; go figure. After stumbling over words, I received a poor excuse as to why they did not show. Blamed it on the one day of rioting Wilmington experienced downtown & how busy they were. Note: I do not live downtown, so I am not sure what that had to do with me. Also alleged that they did an “aerial” view of my house & would send me an estimate. But why not call me to cancel the appointment? Why not let me know that you were going to take aerial pictures instead? How is an aerial picture supposed to give an accurate account of a porch leak? Naturally the estimate was never received. How can you send an estimate without my contact information? I’m sure that was a lie just to get me off of the phone. If you all were too busy, you should have never set up an appointment! A complete lack of consideration for my time. Very unprofessional & unacceptable customer service tactics. I do not recommend this company.

Grade F-. Rock roofing is guilty of price gouging. My home had two prior shingle blow offs in the past 2 years. Another roofer charged me 200 dollars for each repair . The recent August storm caused the same damage but my familiar roofer was not available . Five days after the storm Rock roofing went up on the roof with the usual 3 or 4 shingles and installed them in 9 minutes and charged me $450. dollars. Shame on them.
