We originally chose Lane Roofing & Exteriors because the company is listed as Shingle Master Pros with the manufacturer of the shingles that we wanted to use.nThe sales person was very amiable and professional in his interaction with his customers. The measurement phase was quickly and accurately performed. The salesperson, also, took the time to listen to what the homeowners had to say.nThe office manager is, also, the scheduler for the various jobs. She listened to the homeowners and tried to schedule the work crew around the needs of the homeowners. She kept us informed during every step of the process. Follow up was very professional.nThe installation crew was well supervised. The workmanship was excellent and the cleanup was great.nEven though there was a quote error (probably due to the unexpected onslaught of the COVID-19 pandemic), the company was willing to stand by the quote, which would have cost the company financially. We asked the company to requote so that they and the salesperson wouldn’t lose money. This integrity and honesty by the company is very rare and was a major factor in our choosing Lane Roofing & Exteriors.

I was totally impressed from the service received from Chris giving me an estimate to the finished job. The workers were meticulous in their work and left with not a spec of roofing materials on the property. I had previously informed the owner and the workers that I have a difficult neighbor and if they can please stay away from her property. They did handle her in a professional and dignified manner. I am very pleased and impressed with the finished product. It has definitely beautified the appearance of my home.

Wow! I had copper gutters installed by Lane Roofing and Exteriors about 15 years ago. The people at Lane were professional, courteous and highly skilled. Recently I had a problem with the gutters that was caused buy a chimney repair man. I stoke with Rhonda at Lane who said they had a crew in my area and would stop by today. Less than two hours later Frank and his assistant arrived and assessed the problem. After checking with Rhonda they replaced three broken braces, thanked me and left. When the recent winds almost blew off my roof, but did more damage to my neighbors, I had to find a good roofer fast. I called many companies, and either got extremely long wait times just for an estimate, or no call back at all. Local contractor’s were not that much better, but were available with “so so” pricing and long estimated work schedules. Then I called Lane Roofing. Not only did Chris call me back immediately, but he came over on a Sunday, with a very detailed and professional estimate of damage costs, and options for both our roofs. We were given individual pricing and joint-job pricing, along with costs for some other items that needed attending to around the chimneys.. We decided to do both roofs together, even though mine had some time still left on it, as the value made it a no-brainer. We had other estimates coming in, but my intuition told me to go with Lane, and I’m Glad I did! Given the extent of damage to my neighbors roof, they moved us up in que to have the job done that week. In one day, the job was done and we have a gorgeous new roof! Such a great company to work with. Chris is so professional and quick to reply and reliable. Rhonda is fabulous and helped to schedule everything to fit our needs. She even stopped by personally to check in on things. The workers were so courteous and did an amazing job. I highly recommend Lane for all of your roofing needs.

I recently had my roof and 3 skylights replaced by Lane Roofing. Lane was recommended by a neighbor. the job took 2 1/2 days. The extra 1/2 day was so they could take the time to clean up and they left my property practically spotless. Response time to get the estimate was very quick. The workers were very professional and the foreman James even cleaned my new skylights inside and out!nI would highly recommend Lane Roofing.
