Tycos was recommended to us, as we were looking for quotes for replacing every window in the house: 22 in total. Cole handled all the general information quickly and professionally, Al came out and was great in providing all sorts of information in addition to the estimate, and working with Christine to finalize all the details was super easy! Plus - their estimate for higher quality windows was closer to most other places' estimates for mid-tier windows!!nnWe have a roof to replace in the very near future - will definitely be going back to Tycos as soon as we're ready. Very, very impressed!

I worked with both Scott Joines during the roof estimate process and he was very honest and knowledgeable regarding the whole roof tear down and re-installation process. Once I signed the contract, I worked with Joe Paoletti who was the project manager and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful to guide me through what to expect. The group that came out was very hard working and they finished the project (roof installation + new gutters) in a matter of days and they cleaned everything up well. Highly recommend this group! The cost was significantly less than the other competitors as well.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Just after the tornado, I saw TYCOS come to my neighbor's home. Our neighborhood was hit bad by the storm. While they were there, I asked them if they repaired roofs. I told them I already had shingles. They said they would do it after they were finished with my neighbor. They brought the ladder from my neighbor's house to my house, used the shingles I had. They said they would schedule me in the next couple days to finish. Two weeks later, Robbie returned on a rainy day. I gave him more shingles to finish the job and he was done in no time. House looks perfect. Priced reasonably and no haggling. I would highly recommend them. This is the best roofing company I have ever dealt with in my life. Thank You Very Much!!!

Joe Paoletti led the crew and did a wonderful job for my roof replacement project. They are professional and always try hard to do the right thing. The price is also reasonable compared with others. I will do business with Tycos again in the future.

Tycos completed my roof replacement a few weeks ago. Everything went great from my first contact with the company to the finished project. The estimate was right in the middle of 3 I received. I was a little surprised they weren't the highest because they were offering a better quality product than the others. I would recommend Tycos.
