I've lived here over 20 years! While like any neighborhood it's had it's up and downs, this is managed very well and every resident is treated equally with Love & Respect. I was raised here and now I'm raising my daughter here. Pinewood for life!!!

The residents are nice..the office people rude

My family and I just got approved to live in the park, we bought a trailer through the owners. We feel very welcome in the park, management answered all of our questions and stuck by us during the application process.nnOur neighbors have all been friendly. The mobile home trailer we purchased is worth the price. We are anxiously moving our boxes of things into the new home. There are rules to adhere to in the park, all of which are reasonable and help bring a sense of familiarity, responsibility and comfort to the community. I can tell that the residents are proud of the neighborhood they live in.nnAs a first time home owner, I am excited to get settled in and my wife is looking forward to decorating the interior with owl ornaments.nnI've heard nothing but good things about living in the area from long term members of the community. And from my experience so far, I'm very grateful for the opportunity to reside in such a reputable park.
