The company Rep. Sylvia was really great with helping me get my roof repaired. I was able to contact her and the company anytime with any question. Sylvia was always there if I needed her or her staff's assistance after the storm hit our neighborhood. I would always recommendnBright side exteriors to anyone.

let me start off by saying my interaction with Silvia and Nick was top notch and very help full in the claim process with my insurance co - we where getting water in our house after a storm from shingles missing in 5 spots on our house they came out and inspected did some temp patching to stop the leak till they could get us on there schedule - they cleaned my yard better than it was when they started the job - I was worried that our bushes in front of the house would get damaged - but they did not - it shows they take pride in there work .

Will NEVER use them again or EVER recommend them to anyone. Your better off hiring someone off the street. Major lack of communication to start. Was told we would get a call with our date to do roofing and waiting a month and a half for a call only for me to call to find out they were calling a # we specifically told them not to call...we finally set a date and they promise to do the roof in 1 day...nope took them 2....then when they did come they completely squished my rose bush by throwing shingles on top of it and treated all the flowering in front of my house as if it was nothing. A employee told me they will replace it, this was this summer in June and haven't heard from them since they pulled off. Then had to wait an additional week for my shutters to be put on because the salesman failed to tell us that they are not done on the same day. Even one of the employees stated to me how the communication is horrible. They are not caring or helpful. DO NOT USE THEM...YOU'LL BE DISAPPOINTED!

I met with Selvia today. Let me just start off by saying she is by far a determined woman. Maybe even underestimated!! She knows exactly what she is talking about and willing to put in the work just to make sure things get done. I am not even a customer yet and we just spent almost 2 hours together. She was here purely out of consideration to make sure i am doing my part as a homeowner to gather information for my issue.nI am just amazed at how well spoken she was and motivated to help someone in need like myself.nDealing with insurance companies and contractors can be very confusing, but she made everything understandable.nBrightside is smart to have her on their team.nThank you selvia!!
