Luis and Andres added to the overhang on my patio and replaced the entire roof.nLuis had his son helping him and he was always working hard and very polite. They were great to work with, on time, professional, polite and always cleaned up. The overhang blends in with the rest of the house like it's always been there. They added ventilation, replaced some plywood and some siding. The whole project went great and looks great! I will definitely use them for future projects!
Luis and his team from Mac Roofing and Siding did an excellent job of replacing the roof on the duplex that we are managing. His quote was competitive, the quality of asphalt shingles is very good and he provided us with several installation options that made our final choice pretty straight forward. He walked us through the steps of the old roof removal and the new installation which besides laying the new roof included replacing quite a few sheets of deteriorated plywood sheeting, then connecting the inside fans to external roof vents and also adding extra bird block vents in the soffits to improve air flow. The time performing the installation was reasonable and inconvenience to the neighbors was minimal. At the completion of the job all debris was removed to our satisfaction. If you are looking for a contractor to replace or repair your roof Mac Roofing will be our recommendation as they are very focused on doing excellent work to the satisfaction of their customer.
Luis and crew did an excellent job. I especially like how he took time to explain how they would install the various parts of the roof, vents, etc. He was very willing to answer questions. They were careful to not throw the old roof parts down on the lawn, garden or flower beds and they were sure to clean up every evening when done for the day. Their cost was comparable to the other guys which means customer service is their differentiator.
I used Mac Roofing and Siding to replaced my roof. Luis was very professional, strong work ethic, and detail oriented. I highly recommend and will use for future projects.
Mac Roofing and Siding did an amazing jobs replacing my roof and building a small porch. Luis spent a lot of time answering my detailed questions about materials.
