Sleep Inn & Suites

This morning I was running late and literally trying to balance the competing aspects of my world on my shoulders. When I came downstairs, I was just looking for a little relief/help and that relief came in the form of Theresa. Theresa was spot on having my keys ready to go. In less than a minute her customer service and efficiency shined like the brightest star. She did this while juggling a Sysco order that was coming in right at the same time. My gratitude comes from how she made me feel in that moment. I felt like I had support, and someone cared to contribute positively to my already craziness at 8am that morning. I'm grateful for that experience and always enjoy my stay at Sleep Inn.

A great, Very Clean, Following Covid guidelines place to stay. Close to everything and the perfect spot for a weekend getaway with Hubby.

My room was dirty. I saw a McDonald's carton behind the bed (that wasn't mine) and the room smelt bad. Walls are paper thin. I had to use ear plugs so I could sleep. Trash and dirty sheets in the hall way

After 7 days here we are checking OUT!nThe hotel isn’t the worst & The skeleton crew of staff have been courteous.nHowever, My family & I prefer not to be woken by the stench of a skunk as if it were spraying us every morning; Marijuana. I prefer a hotel that doesn’t allow social drinking & inappropriate behavior in common areas, Table & Lap dances in the lounge just passed the check in desk were moved to the parking lot behind the pool. I prefer a hotel that doesn’t allow guest to run the halls half dressed. I also prefer a bathtub that will hold water so I can bathe the kids, that became the least of my worries after the 1st night. I would not recommend this place to anyone especially those with children.

This is the best hotel in Dover at this price range. Staff is very good and the rooms are nice. Blackout drapes and fast wifi. Dover has several.hotels for the same money that are ghetto. I can't believe I can't come up with a real complaint. No microwave in room but easy access in lobby.
