My sister and I chose this hotel to host our father's 80th surprise birthday party. From the moment we started planning (which was 2 years ago), Wendy was always prompt in replying to us with any questions and concerns we may have had. She was always very helpful and attentive to our needs, which made planning the party that much easier. When we arrived a few days before the party to set up and iron out last-minute details, we met more of the amazing hotel staff. Wendy, Jessica, Danny, Carlos, Clara, Gwen, Crystal, Monique, Christine, Alicia, Elmer, Sabriya and the rest of the staff members who helped make our father’s 80th surprise birthday a memorable event, we can’t thank you enough!! All our guests are still talking on how much fun they had and what an amazing staff the Hilton Garden Inn has.nThe hotel room that my family and I stayed in was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family!

My sister and I selected the Hilton Garden Inn Dover to throw our father a surprise 80th birthday party. We are both OCD so we started planning this bash 2 years before his 80th birthday. From the very beginning when we reached out to Hilton to inquire about the event space, Wendy was absolutely amazing! She was very responsive and went above and beyond answering all of our questions and our taking care of our needs. We want to give a huge shout out to the following staff members as they all went above and beyond to make this event special and also for making our stay so comfortable!nWendy for being so patient and awesome in helping us plan this party!nJessica for being there and tag teaming with Wendy to ensure we were very satisfied and helping surprise Dad!nDanny, Carlos & Clara for their excellent front desk customer service. You guys made us feel at home!nChef for the excellent apps and dinner along with breakfast each morning! The food was so yummy!!!!nCrystal for setting up the room and putting together the puzzle piece that was our dance floor!nMonique for taking a video of my dad being surprised when he walked in the lobby.nChristine and Alicia for taking care of us during breakfast times and during the party!nElmer for being the super duper mixologist that kept the drinks flowing throughout the night!nAll the other staff members that assisted in making this event a huge success!

Great experience!! Near everything, easy to find. Great staff, cooked to order breakfast was yummy. The hotel took extra steps to ensure everyone was safe. Scheduled times at the pool and whirlpool made it enjoyable and safeud83dudc4d

The hotel room was clean. The staff was friendly. When it comes to hotel food, i'm normally pretty basic and get burgers. However someone recommend the chicken Alfredo. Bad decision. The server was very friendly but the food was pretty bad. The noodles were drenched in a cheese soup and the flavor wasn't very cheesy at all. Additionally, it was kinda lukewarm. Nothing like eating lukewarm pasta soup. So all in all, lesson learned, don't let anyone dissuade you from getting basic wings and burgers.
