As an Elite Diamond member I am, I know I can enjoy certain perks with Choice Hotels.nI asked mnPerson in charge if I could use the dumpster to throw away a few old posters from work.nHe started giving me a hard time. I told him I was always allowed to do it in every Choice Hotel where I stay and I was a DIamond member to which he responded:n“ Being a diamond member doesn’t mean you can do whatever you want”. This comment was just too way out there.nIf I wanted to do whatever I want, I wouldn’t even seek permission, I would just go ahead and throw away the posters. It’s not like I was going to fill up the dumpster.nI reminded him that here, in America, status members can enjoy certain privileges.nWill never stay here again..

Staff was helpful. Location convenient. Rooms adequate.

I'm trying to figure out where these 5 star ratings came from. My room was disgusting. The smell was awful and it definitely hadn't been cleaned. There was hair all over the floors and shower. Bedding had stains on them. And of course, ants came out of nowhere too.

The customer service here is hit and miss, sometimes they have a friendly demeanor and sometimes they don't. It's more the men,than the women with the unfriendly attitude.nHad one concern while recently here. We were giving the wrong towels, when I was able to communicate that it the housekeeper he didn't have the best attitude. I told him that we had touched the towels(he had on gloves, we didn't), he almost snatched the towel out of my hands. I have no idea what he did with the towels,I hope they rewashed them before putting them in another room.

The rooms have bed bugs!!!!!!!!! There was also a fight that happened in the room above us and a car alarm that went off for at least 3 hours starting at 10 pm and not to mention the spotlight that shined in the window all night!The Indian owners refuse to believe that they have bed bugs and I have been given the run around to speak to the manager please don’t stay here ! The room was 265$ a night for fights and bed bugs !!!!!!!
