Residence Inn by Marriott Dover

Friendly staff, clean rooms, heated pool.

The staff was very professional, and very nice. The hotel was very clean, u could smell the clean. Every one we encountered was very helpful. I wish we could have stayed longer. The next time we go to Dover we will definitely stay at this Residence Inn. Thanks for all your hospitality.

I was supposed to be there for this weekend but I had to check out early because the shower curtain was supposed to be an off white color, but was basically black at the end because of the build up of dirt and mold. I ask the front desk if I could get it changed or if I could get a shower curtain and I would change it myself and she said the housekeeper who was still on site or herself did not have access to the linen closet and that the housekeeper is done with her shift. The water that I took a shower with at 6am was still in the tub when I got back to the room at 5pm and would not drain. There was hair on the counter and the room had an unpleasant scent. She told me there was no extra room and she basically could do anything about the situation so I checked out early.

Great government rate with solid amenities, even during COVID-19.
