Excellent way to rapidly resolve a situation.nnCame in to return these shoes - they were too big despite the reviews recommending to order half a size up. Cashier Moussa seemed confused since I brought in the entire box shoes came in...He didn’t know how to process the return and ignored me when I asked what info he needed. I noticed the return was $63.99 instead $79.99 - I asked Moussa what happened to the $16.00. He called over Josh. Josh asked Moussa why he returned without receipt at which point Moussa said I didn’t have one. Wow. This is where I got loud. This is such a sad excuse for customer service. Wake up. Is it so hard to admit you don’t know how to process the return and call someone who can? Another manager came over, Kyle and told the other two to give me the difference in a gift card. Josh left Moussa stranded again. I could tell Moussa try to in-mess it up. I felt bad for him that his buddy Josh just walked off without helping him out.

The Dover location has good variety, helpful staff, and is clean. Certain items (fishing) can be hard to get because they go out of stock quickly (baits, weights, lures)

Good gear but have stocking issues can't seem to keep what sells in stock

Never have anything in stock. Looking for fishing weights. Nope the whole Isle empty. Hooks some. Weights barely any and the type I needed bullet slip weights. 2 packs and very heavy ones. Terrible store. Would rather go to walmart.

Went for ammo, didn't have much to choose from. Disappointed.
