The stay here has been wonderful. Kristan and Brittany are very helpful and have wonderful personalities. Kristan is always on top of things and Brittany is always great on getting things answered . The maids are wonderful very friendly clean and efficient. The beds are comfortable and the showers are always hot. The pool and gym have been open for use which has been excellent during this pandemic. There’s close shopping near by and downtown is just down the road. I wouldn’t stay at any other place in McMinnville Oregon.

This is a nice Best Western. The room was clean, the breakfast (while limited due to covid) wasn't bad and the staff was nice. My work trip went smoothly with the wifi and everything. Nearby there are plenty of food options. No complaints at all.

Not the cleanest BW I’ve stayed. Felt almost as scary as a Red Roof Inn stay which is as bad as it gets. First room smelled of pets. Second room smelled of Axe Body spray and shame. Minor blood splatter on bathroom wall and a sour vinegar smell to boot. The only reason I stayed is because the bed sheets smelled more like bleach and felt much cleaner than the first room option. Front desk service was friendly and helpful but not the best room chooser in my opinion. Don’t ask what floor I want. Just assign me a clean ready to enter room. I would probably not stay here again if given the choice. I would find a Hampton Inn or something cleaner.

I can't say enough great things about this hotel! Brittany and Kristen at the front desk were so friendly and welcoming that I knew I was in good hands. The whirlpool suite was fantastic and it was perfect for a couple evenings of relaxation. In the middle of this COVID-19 pandemic, it was INCREDIBLY reassuring to see all the employees wearing face-coverings and sanitizing throughout the day. If we ever travel to McMinnville again, the Best Western will be our only choice of hotel. Thank you to all of the employees for making our stay wonderful!
