Unsafe andnnabysmal management at best!
In the last 3 years, this people friendly community has gone way downhill. The present management company has done little to improve the community and still raises the space rent in extreme jumps. It desperately needs speed limit signs, all of the mail boxes are located in an easily congested area, tenant tenants are required to make unnecessary home improvements and pay more than the spot is worth. I'm appalled
It is a really good park and the manager is trying hard to help everyone in the community
I don't think the management has any care for the tenants that reside there. They are willing to look over potential life threatening issues of the tenants . In an effort to pass liability on to someone else, when it's their responsibility to maintain a safe community for every tenant that resides there.
