Bottom line: I wholeheartedly recommend you hire Hermetica to fix your roof. I’ve never been more pleased with a home repair contractor.nnWe had a small tear in our roofing that led to a fairly significant leak. Azamat was great. He was responsive, got out soon after we talked, worked fast, walked me through his plan, didn’t try to upsell me anything that I didn’t need, offered a significantly lower bid for the work than the competitors, and provided a warranty nearly 3 times as long as the other quote we got.nnI waited to write a review until we could test out the repairs. Since Hermetica did the work, there have been several rain showers and a couple of real downpours. We’ve had no leaks.
Aza was timely, efficient, and a great communicator. I loved that he took pictures of our roof before and after to fully explain the work. Found him recommended on Next Door and will certainly pass on his info to other neighbors!
We contacted Hermetica after a big windstorm tore off some of our shingles. He squeezed us into his schedule on short notice and took care of the job quickly and professionally. Very easy to work with, reliable, honest, and good work. Highly recommend, we will definitely contact him the next time we need roof work done.
Really great service! We had a leak in our ceiling. They responded very quickly. They were able to come that day to do an estimate. And they were able to repair our roof the next day.
