Would not recommend working with this company due to lack of professionalism and communication issues. I posted a request on yelp with detailed requirements of what I was looking for in a kitchen renovation. In my request I mentioned that I prefer text and email communication, not phone calls and preferred contractors willing to use secondhand materials. Instead of replying no like a decent human being/professional company, Neri Vides the CEO went on to question and insult me.nnIf this is how ASAP roofing talks to potential customers, I can't image what it's like to be an actual client of theirs.
Stay away! -- See attached photos!nThis contractor came in to replace our balcony's membrane and window frames because there was leaking into the apartment below. They have been out three times since they initially finished the work because more water keeps leaking into the ceiling below and still haven't fixed the problem. We hired a forensic engineer to look into the problem, he found that the bottoms of all the window sills sloped in towards inward toward the building. He also found that the balcony membrane did not run up behind the stucco on our exterior wall and the membrane was not sloped properly, causing water to pool on the surface. $13,000 for such bad work! Attached photos of work. Already hired a lawyer to sue.
I was very pleased with the workmanship. From start to finish, the process was quick and easy. I'd like to thank Augusto and the installation crew!. I would recommend them to anyone.
I've given it some time before writing this review. These guys were great, they came out right away to do an inspection. They texted me updates. They even came on the weekend because it was going to rain and I had a giant hole in my roof that was caused when a vent hood had blown off (unbeknownst to me). Highly recommend.nnEdit - two years later they came back and stood by there work. Really appreciate and respect their professionalism.
I wish I could give this 0 stars. I texted the person saying that I would like to make an appointment after much consideration. We even went through how much and stuff but then, the man said “is 11pm. Can you call another contractor. Please”. Like what was that!? I didn’t say I want my roof fix today! I can make another time. And call ANOTHER CONTRACTOR? What was that? And then he never contacted me.nHorrible service.
