This is a fairly nice hotel. The room looked just like the pics on the website. We chose a Capitol view room and we had a great view. Two problems with our visit, there were blood drops on the floor by the toilet and the noise from construction has been unrelenting ALL. NIGHT. LONG. We made the best of it.

Hotel is very beautiful, very conveniently close to a lot of things such as the national park , capitol, etc. The only thing i wish was better was the communication aspect between the employees an the guest if check out is 12pm an u have a complimentary check out of 2 pm address this to the guest let them know they have an option to check out at 2 pm an how to go about applying or requesting the extra two hrs. Communication was way off an i was threatened to be charged if i didn’t leave at 12:30. i had to address this to the employee that this wasn’t communicated an that when i booked the room on hotel tonight it was indicated that check out was 2pm . So please communicate this to your guest upon arrival not the day of check out thank you also make it clear when check out time is.

If any one is trying to find great deals for hotel rooms check ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ reserved a hotel room on there and these guys had the best rates just about anywhere!nnLocation! A very short walk away from Congress, the Washington Court Hotel is perfectly situated for sightseeing. The hotel itself has an impressive lobby with somewhat recent renovations. Early check in granted without issue, front desk was friendly and efficient. Room on the smaller side, with an older bathroom, but the value and location more than made up for it. Very decent breakfast was included as well, with friendly attendants. Would recommend!

I had the king suite on the 12th floor and while it had space i had expected more space and not the general set up of a hotel room. Sadly that's what even the king suite consist of, whilst other times where i didn't here the term king and have gotten bigger rooms from HILTON hotels standard. Besides the room size the lobby is amazing, secure, high tech even. You could make a music video in the lobby for sure. I loved the security they are understanding and did NOT shut down my my party. Wanna find a good hotel to party at? Heres your spot. Easy to access by metro in all directions. Surrounded by food stores and services you'll never go hungry. This place is all around solid.

This is a pretty nice hotel. The staff was extremely courteous. I have three complaints - my rooms hair dryer was nonfunctional, the toilet's flush was slow and required holding the handle down, and maid service does not occur if not specifically requested. Perhaps the last is an industry norm.
