I have enjoyed my stay here, accessing the hotel is very easy. The room was quiet and clean. The sofa and desk in room are astonishingly useful and company finally can have a social area besides a bed. My room is a single bed with couch; microwave and table. But I'm sure the double bed rooms are just as enjoyable.

Staff were very nice and helpful. First room we were sent to had been smoked in. Went and got another one. It was ok. Didn't realize the TV didn't work until bedtime. So.. overall not great. Room seemed clean but not sparkling. Bathroom was fine, but work desk area didn't look like it was cleaned very well.

I stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days, it allowed for a comfortable and safe stay. There were many postings throughout the room stating that the room was cleaned with purpose. See the attached photo here of what it looks like.nnThat being said, while they there were some things in the room that were left to be desired. They provided a mini fridge, however, as you can see in the picture this is the freezer component, which shows me that it has not been fully cleaned in a significant amount of time.nnAdditionally, there was damage to the door and had peeling wallpaper. I felt like the hotel overall needs a facelift.nnThe most skivie part of the room, was the bloodstain on the carpet right outside of the bathroom door. It was clearly visible and did not appear to be cleaned.

The ladies at the front were fantastic. The room, not so much. Booking a Hilton room, I thought it was going to be nice. When we got there, we had no water for 2 hours, when the water came back on it was yellow and tons of chunky black sediment was coming out and since the water was out, we had no AC. There was a nasty film around the tub. We had a toddler with us so that was a little worrying. I went to Harris Teeter to get cleaner and just handled it myself. The Queen size beds are not queen size ... lol Lesson learned, I will not stay at this location again.

Staff where very nice. The rooms where clean and the amenities are top notch. If you have to stay in DC for a quick business trip this place was great and will use them again
