Rebekah is wonderful! She is truly an asset to your hotel. She went above and beyond to make sure that we enjoyed our stay at the Conrad. Her attention to detail is second to none. I would highly recommend this hotel due to her customer service she provided us.

What an amazing hotel! Even though the gym and restaurant were closed due to the pandemic (understandably), everything else was so seamless that the end result was a five-star experience.nnRooms: The room I was in was astonishingly well-equipped, with an excellent entertainment system with built-in Chromecast/Netflix support, a very cool looking system to operate the lights, and a gigantic bathroom and closet area. I especially liked the couch that was in the room, which was so comfortable that I almost fell asleep lounging late at night on it. Bonus points for including a Nespresso machine in the room.nnService: Every worker that I met at this property was exceptionally friendly and went the extra mile to help us out. The front desk staff went over all of the features of the property and actively encouraged us to use their concierge service to the fullest, and a bellhop noticed I was going to get ice and immediately told me it would be delivered to my room unprompted. I only stayed one night so I don't have more exposure to this aspect of the hotel but I was impressed with what I saw.nnProperty: The property is conveniently located, and we had a lot of fun as a family walking through Chinatown to get takeout to enjoy at the hotel. One especially awesome thing to note is that they have a lovely outdoor deck with a lot of beautiful foliage. It's only on the third floor so there is unfortunately some road noise but being able to enjoy the breeze in privacy is a very pleasant treat. The business center also stands out as exceptionally well-equipped, especially since a lot of hotels are phasing that feature out.nnTruly a class above even some of the better four star hotels -- highly recommended. My only complaint is that some of the lights are a bit unintuitive, but given the service quality I'm sure that the front desk would have been happy to explain if I had asked.

Stayed here for business purposes. Needed a suite for work purposes and I have to say it's at the same level as the Conrad in Manila, PH. Perfect furniture. Electronic controls for drapes and shades, a working fireplace, and two large TV's all made for the perfect work environment. My clients has no complaints on their rooms either so that's always a win. I do think the self park option should advertise that there's no stairwell or elevator to the hotel. It honestly doesn't make sense to me but that's what we were told.

Great place to stay in DC. Every employee was extremely friendly and helpful. The property was very clean and modern. The lobby is beautiful. They took all necessary precautions to keep safe during COVID.

Absolutely stunning and wonderful staff! Unfortunately covid has brought a change to dining services and such. Hilton Honors has such a wonderful program and clean safe stay protocols
