Courtyard by Marriott Washington Downtown/Convention Center

I am dropping one star because of small things which could improve. Some of the staff show some attitude. Coffee machine in the room did not work and it took some work to get a new one. We were told that the garage was full, but once we got in, there were PLENTY of available spaces. Not sure how they assess them. Otherwise nice new hotel, very clean, careful about COVID and comfortable. We were overlooking a back yard and some buildings, but this is DC.

The hotel is beautiful but I can not give it 5 stars! Why?? I feel at the prices that was paid a night the room should have a microwave. Also,my guest and I should have been told at check in because of covid 19 our room would not be cleaned by housekeeping and that we had to request new towels. Lastly the rooftop bar is really nice but you have to use a card to purchase food and drinks no cash accepted.

Beautiful new hotel. Everything was great except our bed sheets had a weird smell to them. The front desk helped get them changed out quickly. Great rooftop bar too.

Great bed. outstanding customer service. Charles went above and beyond taking care of our family. We were truly blessed.

front desk staff has clear attitudes. when you first walk in it seems that they're mad that they have to actually do work. Nothing is Clean . terrible experience would not recommend. had to literally switch hotels .
