I had a severe headache and really needed my medicine. I was there half an hour before closing, but the pharmacist refused to get my medicine because she said they were closing soon and the medicine won’t be ready until next day noon. My medicine is a very common medicine and almost every pharmacy has. Because I felt so bad so I walked to another cvs pharmacy in Target at 1500 Wilson Blvd. I went there 10 min before they closed and I asked them if it was possible to get it and they immediately accepted and gave me my medicine even though they needed to do the exact steps this pharmacist needed to do, and it only took them 10 min.nthey never pick up the phone.nI just feel so sad and helpless. I was so lucky to find another pharmacist that was kind enough to help me. I am never coming back to this pharmacy again. I hope everyone gets what they need.

Worst customer service at CVS Pharmacy, the male and the woman working were horrible and VERY rude. I made an appointment for a 3:30 flu shot and the woman literally looked at me and ignored me and helped someone else that just came to the pharmacy desk. I am so appalled by their rudeness and how they act. I booked this flu shot on my lunch break, no one is here and no lines and still they managed to be rude and not helpful. I asked if there is any paperwork to fill out and they said I can fill it out when she gets to me ??? Like while I’m waiting, don’t you think you should give me the paperwork ??? I’m so disgusted with their customer service.

How can a store focused on HEALTH be so lax about mask-wearing in the midst of a pandemic? Wear your mask! And ask customers to wear them, too.

This has always been a good place to stop in for day-to-day purchases. One of the employees is a gentleman named Vikas who has always greeted me very warmly and attended to me with anything I needed. He seems very eager to help and to make customers feel welcome, which sometimes results in him taking an extra 10-20 seconds to chat after a transaction, but of course if you can't wait, there are self-checkout machines available. I like the selection at the store; the prices are higher than my local grocery store, but I know I'm paying for the convenience. Overall, I'm satisfied with this store.

I love this location and the people are so friendly my only problem is the prices not the same before and after paying before taxes like for example gallon of milk is $4.29 before tax when you check out the price goes up to $4.89 before tax and today August 6th 2020 the price goes up to $5.01 after taxes
