At this CVS, your prescription will sit unfilled for days. You cannot call them to ask what the hold up is, because they do not pick up their phone. Ever. You have to go in person and ask. This is ridiculous in the middle of a pandemic. The only way to get them to fill a prescription is to physically go there and watch them do it in person. I give it two stars because it’s not the employees’ fault they are chronically understaffed.

This is the WORST cvs in dc, the pharmacy is never in order and they never answer the phone, if i can give O stars i would..pharmacist was extremely rude when he picked up the phone and I was on hold for at least 56min. The only way I was able to even get through was to hang up and call back and choose the option that asked if I was a provider calling from a doctors office..horrible

This is a TERRIBLE store and the pharmacy NEVER answers the phone. Send your prescriptions elsewhere. Would give 0 stars if possible.

The pharmacy staff is nice (with the exception of Jordan Alonzo, who is seriously unpleasant to deal with). But they definitely need more people on staff, because it is painfully slow to get an Rx filled... I’m talking about days, not hours.

The pharmacy is pretty much a joke. I don't want to disparage the employees though - it's just chronically understaffed. I was there yesterday waiting to drop off a prescription and was told by the guy in front of me that he'd been waiting 20 minutes just to hand his prescription to someone. Today I went to pick up meds that a surgeon had called in, and was told that they hadn't even scanned any of the afternoon prescriptions, and I'd have to wait until tomorrow.
