Terrible customer service. The woman behind the counter was rude. I came for a COVID test, she said I could not have a test without an appointment. So I said I’d like to make an appointment, she told me you can only do that online or over the phone. I told her I had already attempted that and it did not work. She told me to make an appointment online or over the phone. I clarified “to be clear, you are advising me to do something both of us know will not work”. She confirmed and added it was not her fault. I don’t care about fault or blame, I only care about results and customer service. I was given neither.nnIf you are looking for a COVID test, I recommend you visit Remnant Christian Center. They provided me with a free COVID test with no need for an appointment. They were kind and helpful! Unlike this Walgreens.

I called on numerous times about something that was advertised for the Walgreens on Rhode Island. The associate gave me wrong information and then tried to tell me that I had the information wrong. Then whenever I asked to speak to the manager the associate hung up on me. Great store but very bad customer service.

The pharmacy staff couldn't be better! So kind and phenomenal customer service.

Staff are friendly enough, but the lines are always long and move slowly. I have also had issues with the pharmacy re: not having my medication and lacking efficient service and problem-solving. This seems to be a larger Rite Aid brand issue rather than this store in particular. The shelves are well-stocked, the store is tidy, and prices as appropriately marked, so it's an ok store. I've taken my prescriptions elsewhere though.

Pharmacy has improved a lot. Service is faster and customer service is better.
