This was probably the most horrible experience I’ve had at CVS. I went there to grab a couple things, in addition to my medication at the pharmacy. The girls working at the pharmacy counter were so disrespectful, had an attitude, and started insulting my boyfriend and myself in front of our faces after we politely asked why they made us stand out of line to wait. The hiring process here needs to be more considerate and selective before so that they do not hire unfit individuals with such poor customer service skills. I do not plan on visiting this CVS location again.

I went to the pharmacy to drop off a prescription. They told me 20 minutes. I waited in my car for 25 minutes. Came back in and they told me about 30 freaking more minutes. Like what type of incompetent staff is this!!! I could’ve been waiting comfortably at home instead of wasting my time waiting for them to lollygag. I’m never coming to this location again. Most of the locations in DC are slow but this one just DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THEY’RE DOING!

I would give them zero stars if I could. The pharmacy staff here are the rudest I have encountered so far. They lie as well. The told me the pharmacy was closing at 4:30 pm where as the internet website reads 5 pm. I had to ask the pharmacy woman to please lower her voice on several occasions.

The crew behind the pharmacy counter are terrific. They know how to do their jobs very, very well and they are nice people. Unfortunately, I have had to take a lot of meds over the past three years. Fortunately, I get them from the folks at this CVS and am very appreciative of their service.

Change your preferred pharmacy to the one up the block in Eastern Market. This location is so SLOW it consistently has a huge line backed up. You can walk the extra two blocks and back before you’ll get your order filled here. They take their time!
