This is the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. I sent in a prescription 5 days in advance, and they sent me a text message claiming my prescription was on order. This was not the case, and turned out to be completely inaccurate. I double-checked and personally called the pharmacy several days later, and found out the prescription was never ordered, despite previously being told otherwise. Further, the manager refused to tell me what I could feasibly do in the future to make sure I contact them early enough to fill the prescription. This negligence on behalf of the pharmacy resulted in me running out of my medication. Please do not go here.

They made it really hard for me to get a simple flu shot. I booked an appointment, but when I showed up they told me they didn’t have any in stock. The next day I went to Walgreens to get my flu shot but they were unable to because CVS had already filed a claim with my insurance! This is trash I just want a flu shot!

This pharmacy is a nightmare. I went to this Cvs location on New Jersey Ave and they told me all 3 of my prescriptions were filled at the 12st location. The pharmacist suggested that he could transfer all the prescriptions back to the New Jersey St location for filling but they only had one prescription in stock. I told him disregard and that I would head over and pick up all 3 completed prescriptions at the 12st location. Without my permission, he still transferred ONE of my prescription and left the other 2 were left at the 12th st location, which created a whole POS issues because I decided to pre-pay for all 3 prescriptions before heading over but this store has stolen one of the prescriptions. It is clear that CVS incentivize prescriptions fills and that is why this store fraudulently stole my prescription. Just chose another pharmacy!

This is another positive review for their pharmacist, Sarah. She not only provides stellar customer service, but also ensures scrips are processed and dispensed accurately. Sadly, this can't be said for one of the other staff members who routinely alters prescriptions, but Sarah is always quick to correct his work and make certain that the customer's scrip is dispensed as written by the doctor. Despite how busy this pharmacy can get, Sarah is always cheerful and upbeat. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine demeanor make her an outstanding pharmacist and a true asset to this CVS. If it were not for Sarah, this pharmacy would only earn about 3 stars.

They wouldn't let me use their restroom 2 minutes after they led my mom back to use it and no one knew where anything was. Security guard's facemask was around their neck.
