Made a noon appointment for a flu shot. First i was told online appointments are not being honored. Then realizing they were calling my name out over the comm speaker asked me to sit down. 45 minutes later I was asked to walk around the store a bit as another person had shown up with an earlier appointment. The entire purpose of making an appointment was to minimize contact with others but the quality at which the pharmacy is being run makes the completely impossible. Additionally they seem horrifically understaffed, shame on cvs.

This CVS pharmacy current pharmacists are very helpful. When visiting they know me by name which is very heartfelt. The front desk staff always ask me if I need help. The management of this CVS is Great!!

This is not a good a Pharmacy or Store they are unprofessional and need Customer Service Training.nThis store needs training and know one should be on hold for 15 minutes when you call the Pharmacy Department.

This CVS is okay. It's generally well-stocked, though every few months it seems like another item gets locked inside security cabinets & it's never worth the time to get staff to come unlock it for you. The guard & staff at the front are nice, but pharmacy staff can be unnecessarily confusing:nnThey'll often walking off without telling you whether you should wait or step aside or come back later, and for the exact same prescription on the same person's insurance: my girlfriend and I seem to pay wildly different prices depending on who picks it up (I sometimes seem to pay less when picking up her prescriptions).
