If you need to speak with someone in the pharmacy, you’ll be out of luck. No one ever picks up. While on travel, I was put on hold for hours during the course of a week.

I want to preface this review by saying that every face to face interaction I’ve had with the pharmacy has been excellent. They are always nice, polite, and work as quickly as they can considering how busy and understaffed they are. However, calling this store is terrible and all of the reviews regarding phone calls are true. I’ve been on hold multiple times for long periods of time (30+ minutes) only to be hung up on when someone finally picks up. I called the cooperate number and they called the store to try and fix the refill issue and even the corporate person noted how rudely he was treated. Nonetheless, the corporate person I spoke with was able to get my issue resolved within 10 minutes. If you’re waiting on hold for a long period of time - call the corporate number.

This CVS has the best pharmacy I have experienced in the city. I take concerta, which is a semi-uncommon adhd medicine that most pharmacies have to special order. I've gone to other pharmacies in the area, and even with a 10-day heads up, my prescription will not be ready to pick up. Well, that NEVER happens with this CVS. In fact, my doctor called the prescription in yesterday, and they had it ready TODAY! Also, one of the pharmacists complimented my shoes and it made me smile

The clerks from the regular store are helpful and pleasant. Someone greets you the moment you walk in and asks if they can direct you somewhere. The pharmacy, however, is extremely slow and disorganized with long waits normal. You will ask for a prescription. The clerk will quickly check and not find it. The clerk will then spend 15 minutes looking everywhere else. Then the clerk goes back to the first place and finds the medication. They need a better system!

I would give zero stars to this location. Store is dirty, products on shelves are often expired and dirt/dust on it makes you wonder whether it is safe to buy anything there. Pharmacy staff is rude and slow. If you want to call that pharmacy - impossible to get connected. I spent 20 minutes on Wednesday mid morning and gave up.
