Got an awesome Specialized road bike for a very fair price. Excellent service from everyone in the shop and I was so excited for the bike I forgot to get it fitted to my height. Came back the next week and Carl took time and care to adjust every component to my specifics. He even swapped out the seat post for a new one when the old saddle bolt wouldn’t budge. Didn’t ask for a penny for the follow up visit. Will make sure to send friends and family here in the future
Mr. Carl has excellent customer service he helped me make a great decision with no pressure he was very professional. I came in told him what i wanted and why and he made sure i made the best decision possible i went to three different bike shops but when i walked through his doors there was a different feeling. He knows bikes he encouraged me to do my research and make the best decision for me...Thank you for your help i will always come back to this business first time impression means everything and you left one on me
The guys at the old bike shop are simply awesome. I wish I had caught their names, to identify them publicly, but instead, I'll tell you no to doubt going there for having your bike serviced!
