I went into the Arlington location and received great service. The products and the staff were friendly and resourceful. I was able to find the shoes i was looking for and even try them on a bike. Thank you Jeff for all the help!
I had just returned from Harper's Ferry by bicycle. My phone was dead and I was lost, looking for a friend's house without an address. I stopped in here, to take a breather, collect myself, and ask to charge my phone. I didn't buy anything but the whole staff was really nice and helpful. Got me sorted out and sent me on my way. Very appreciative.
I recently purchased a Trek CF 29er mountain bike from this store. The sales and services staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me with additional accessories and also gave me tips on tire pressure and how to care for a CF bike. I went for my first ride the next day and the bike was awesome! The bike geometry is perfect for me... and I can stand and blast through hills and easily maneuver through twists and turns. ud83dude0e
