Conte's Bike Shop

Great experience buying a road bike here after my hybrid got stolen a month ago. Emily was very kind and informative, helping me test a bike and choose the right accessories. She even gave me a quick tutorial on how to ride with cycling shoes and not fall off (haven't fallen off yet). They were fast at getting the bike ready and installing accessories and the prices are reasonable. Definitely worth going out to Cathedral Heights for and will definitely keep using this store!

Repairs only if you bought from them. Now that they got rid of Zach, their best repair tech, they basically explained I had to buy directly from them in-order to repair my vehicles.nI had been ridiculed in the past for supposedly storing my bicycle outside, despite the fact it lives in a garage. I didn't bother to argue with someone so self-assured

The staff I've interacted with have been so considerate, acknowledging, and friendly each time I've been to Conte's on Wisconsin Ave. So grateful this shop is around town! Thank you for knowing how to show appreciation and value to your customers!

I had a great experience with Conte's. Chris provided information that helped me decide which bike to order based on my individual needs. Once the bike arrived at the shop I was notified by Alex, who made arrangements to have it customized by the installation of fenders. Wayne called to let me know when the bike was ready for pickup and Noah was on hand to make any adjustments to the bike at checkout, though none were needed. I am delighted with the bike and very grateful for the respectful and helpful service I received from all the members of the team with whom I dealt.

Scott did a great job servicing my bike, going the extra mile on a screw that was difficult to remove. All the other staff were friendly and courteous throughout. I particularly appreciated their accommodating my cycling needs, allowing me to “borrow” my bike while it was still in the service queue. Best wishes for good health to all.
