Got my helmet here, got my bike lights here, they don't hesitate to rec products they don't necessarily stock, but buying from them is worth the premium. Fast and reliable service, patient staff, quality goods. Will keep coming back (sorry)

2 out of 5 times I come to this place I get great service and really kind folks. 3 out of 5 times they are closed when their hours say they’re open or I have to work with this one person there who is reliably condescending. Good prices, quick service, but the experience is never the same each time I go there.

A friend recommended this place claiming that they had a great service experience. I've tried to reach a human being at this location for two days. No one picked up the phone and no one answered my email inquiry. It's clear why other bike shops in DC have an entire Google point rating advantage over this particular shop.
