This review is for the Alexandria location.nnBooked two bikes online. $80 before taxes and fees.nnShowed up on time and they were ready to go.nnBikes were well maintained and fully functional. Came with helmets and lock.nnThe employee gave us some good directions to the Mount Vernon Trail.nnReturned without a hitch.nnGood service. There is a parking garage right across the street for parking.
These bikes are dirty, oily and not properly maintained. the entire experience was terrible. Had to change pedals change the seat took me 35 minutes to get out of that place. To find out all the bike would do was throw the chain. the gears needed to be calibrated. I brought the bike back early and some woman in New York office tells me there's no refund go figure.
Did the night cycling tour of the National Mall. Camden was really knowledgeable and we were really impressed with the entire tour which was fun and beautiful!
