Tommy's Bicycle Shop

I’ve lived in Newberg for nearly two years. I found Tommy’s after a bad experience with another bike shop in my own town. Everyone that works there is nice and knowledgeable. They are fair priced, quality bike mechanics and worth the trip for me.

I’m new to mountain biking and I bought a bike through a sporting goods store which required me to assemble it myself. I searched my whole city area for a shop to help me out a bit but unfortunately every single shop was 3+ weeks booked and I really wanted to ride NOW! I called Tommy’s Bicycle Shop and he allowed me to drop off my bike that day AND pick up a few hours later ready to ride! I definitely recommend this shop for friendly and fast service! Tommy's is the Greatest LBS of all time , Service people are knowledgeable and care about their work.

I needed a tune up on my bike. Which wasn't in the greatest condition, but still rideable. I called in for an estimate and explained the state of my bike to them. I was told that they had to see the bike before they could give me an estimate. They then informed me that I also had to bring it in that day or wait a week before they would have time to get to it.nI came in that day and the guy working took less then 5 seconds to look at it and told me it wasn't worth fixing. I stated that the bike had sentimental value and asked for an estimate again. He then told me it would cost $2,500 to fix. I refused and left. They clearly didn't want my business. I just wished they had told me that before when I called instead of wasting my time. I have been riding my bike for several weeks now with no issues.

My 13 year old purchased a bicycle from Tommy's and he COULD NOT BE more PLEASED! The owner was very patient (I brought in 6 children) and thoroughly answered all questions. My son spent hours of research on the perfect bicycle for him and found exactly what he wanted at Tommy's along with SUPERB customer service. We are definitely customers for life.
