Very nice AND quiet. I have lived here almost 2 years and I have had no troubles at all. If something does need repaired the are quick to come check out the problem and fast at getting it repaired.. I've had a ceiling fan go out and hot water tank..both were fixed within an hour! I've really enjoyed living here.
The people that give high reviews are people that Ted and his father know or there kept in the dark this place is horrible on so many levels better off at Grandview or high point don't do it they will trick you trust me
Friendly manager, super nice maintenance man. Found out or stoves electric ignitor would not work and they changed out the hole stove. Great price and willing to work with you.
