Service was great, but the hotel is run down. Saw multiple broken light sconces, stains on walls, and other worn items. Funky odors throughout, and that didn't include the smell of pot smoke on the third floor. Place needs an overhaul.
Had a great stay here and the staff were extremely helpful
Very clean, affordable, although pool is closed b/c of COVID. Overall good stay and we are very picky with our hotels! Staff is very friendly!
No hot breakfast, nothing except green bananas, a granola bar...., bed was ok, even with covid-19 going on a little more effort could be put towards a hot breakfast, which they still advertise!
I have such mixed feeling about my stay. Staff was absolutely fabulous! Everyone was very kind, accommodating and attentive. The lobby smelled so fresh and clean. (I wish I would have asked what scent that was.) Their price was on the high end though and once in our room, I was disappointed that the double beds were FULL size and not QUEEN size bed. (The prize deserved queen beds for sure.) The room overall was clean but there was a short, coarse, hair in the bathtub (Luckily I carry antibiotic wipes, but again, for the price.) I am giving this place 3 STARS because of their wonderful staff, minus the 2 STARS because of their price and small beds. Thank you.
