Filthy, dark, cockroaches in room, wifi out, police activity there at least twice over the course of one evening. $80/nt is absurd for this place, when you can stay at the Hilton for just a few bucks more. The manager/front desk was a very nice and kind man, however.
Best motel in Springdale! Very clean and sanitized, clean sheets, and the management there are amazing!
Rooms are very clean! Great service and very friendly people! Five starts to this place!!
This is not the kind of place you want to take your family. Many transients due to the low end room prices.
I can’t say enough about the wonderful customer service given by Roger and his father. We came in from out of state and needed to be close to Fayetteville for a family memorial service. My emotions were high and they were the only people who listened to my story. They went out of their way to accommodate us. They did this with compassion and understanding. We couldn’t be more grateful and blessed!!nThe room’s were immaculate, the beds comfortable and water hot!! We highly recommend this place to stay.
