Great visit. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff helpful and polite. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in NWA.

Clean and friendly with easy access to Hwy 412. The only complaint was a air handler right outside our window that reminded us of the old noisy window units. If we are back through Springdale I would definitely stay again.

So I take a little puff of weed at the end of the day with the fan on in the bathroom... With my window open a small crack.. The hotel attendant peeps in my window and then later knocks on my door as if he's the police and then he enters without my permission. He threatens to call the cops. so we work it out he says smoke outside so I did. Meanwhile he charges me a $250 smoking fee and says if I stay I pay the $250 fee if I leave I don't have to pay anything. So I paid the $250 I'm sitting outside and I write a bad review about the hotel. The hotel attendant came and found me and kicked me out because I wrote a bad review about his hotel. The hotel which has terrible salty food and rude service. I've stayed in a lot of hotels and I've never been treated this way.

Currently a guest, spending 5 nights here this week. I have been very impressed with this hotel. Every employee here has greeted me each time I see them with a smile. It is obvious they value their guests and customer service is very important to them. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. They provide a breakfast that is delicious, and has exceeded expectations. I really have no complaints, and would stay here happily again any time I should need accommodations in Northwest Arkansas. Overall-fair pricing, a clean establishment, delicious breakfast, and amazing customer service!

meh it was ok i guess. stayed in a very over priced suite for my bday. overpriced for the outdated decor and crumbling marble tile on the jacuzzi tub surround-the heart shaped 80s jacuzzi tub that is. the bed was good the ac works too good and it was clean. i wouldve given 4 stars if it werent for the hospital breakfast. eesh...for 170/night and a jacuzzi i had to fix the heater on give me a decent breakfast. nothing against it but it wont be my first choice for a hotel next time.
