The room was decent. I had to be switched from my first room because the bathroom wasn't clean. Neither room had plug-ins near the bed, my husband has a C-pap. We ended up having to reach up under the wall unit unplugging the wall lights and using that. We had to walk through a hallway full of cigarette smoke to get to our non smoking room. I just won't be staying there again.
One Of The Best Ones I've Been To So Far
1st room, the bed was clearly just made up from last guest. Front desk was so sweet. She really tried to help. Gave us another room. It had a urine smell. I was tired and sprayed poopari in room. Bed was clean tub was not. Hair again and dirty grime. Did not get to shower. I went through Priceline so no refunds. They also charged my credit card $150, which is unheard of. Placing a hold is one thing. But this is a charge. In all my 20 years working in a hotel, never have I heard or this or sis we so this. Absolutely nuts! Totally not satisfied.
Expensive pool was closed should've gave a discount
Even though there is a pandemic going on it is no excuse for laziness. The housekeeping doesn't clean rooms while there are guests in the rooms but they could at least pick up people's trash for them when it has been set outside their door. The whole hall way smelled bad from so much trash that they didn't pick up until we complained. Smh
