I don't know if it's something in the water or the training skill of management but everyone was so thoughtful and kind that I thought I might be on camera. I would recommend this hotel the the Pope if he asked. Clean rooms, friendly staff and reasonably priced. Thanks especially to the lovely woman at the front desk. She went over and above anything required.
The people here from the top down to the house keepers are absolutely amazing people. I've stayed here while waiting for an apartment opening for about 8 months! It is a hometype atmosphere and they will keep you comfortable. I had only one problem but when I told the staff it was fixed immediately! I would stay here over any hotel in the city and I've stayed at most. the rooms have kitchens and staff will furnish any thing you need. love them all!!!
Great customer service all the staff is nice and super respectful especially Allen clean rooms anytime I’m in town this is the only place I will stay
Love this place. Kinda pricey but the staff is great.
the staff is super courteous and are very accommodating to those who have dogs. They even suggested a WONDERFUL pet daycare! I highly recommend staying here!!
