I came to visit a friend who moved here. It's nice and clean, quiet. Not like the stereotypical mobile home parks you hear about. The trailer home is in pretty great condition.
Horrible rude landlord ud83dude21, run down nasty trailer with sinking in floor.
The landlord is reasonable with visitors but he pays the water and electric and the more people in a unit the more money it costs the landlord so he has a right to say no visitors but if you have family in town he is reasonable
Love living there. It's very quiet and nice neighbors. Lot's of neighbor kitties too!
