First start with the staff they were so engaging from the moment we walked in and every time we came back and forth. The rooms were really great, with plenty of amenities, even during COVID it was a great weekend. It’s perfectly situated by plenty of food options and shopping as well. Just minutes from campus.
This place is spotless!!! It looks brand new and is very nice and has a balance between modern and fancy and simple all in the same place. The bathrooms are very clean and way to use, unlike some older hotels.
Despite the hotel rooms being clean and stylish, I was scolded and belittled by the manager this evening for accidentally locking myself out of my room while switching rooms because the AC unit wasn’t functioning. I don’t appreciate this type of customer service and will be taking my business elsewhere for my frequent Fayetteville stays.
This was an exceptionally nice Fairfield. Clean, great facilities, and wonderful breakfast were among the highlights. It is in a good location with a few restaurants within walking distance. Our TV didn’t work but the lady at the front desk changed our room making that aspect a nonevent. Overall I am happy to give it 5/5.
